Hi!

I need to replace a Nokia 9210 Communicator, preferably with a TT. I need a BT mobile to do this, I also need triband.

What mobiles are you guys using with your TTs? Any issues I need to know about? Is there any way of syncing TT's phone book with the mobile?

I don't necessarily need an expensive phone. Ideally it would only be pulled out of my pocket for phone calls and would stay out of sight for SMS / surfing.

If I pick up SMS texts from the phone to the TT, will the sender's name be displayed if his number is in the TT? How about received notification? I guess I'm just getting picky now...!

Thanks in advance,

Jim (UK)

Jim,
I have a sony-ericsson t68i and I absolutely love it. It has customizable caller id. You can make any contact in your phone ring with a certain ringtone and display a pic. You can add ring tones and pics with your T|T. Also transfer contacts from your T|T to your phone via BT or IR. I also have a Bluetooth dongle from TDK and it had software for syncing my phone to my pc for a backup. There is software for the T|T that will allow you to set up a conference call without toughing your phone. I know that amazon.com had good deals on that phone, I got mine locally for free with a 1 year agreement. I even bought 1 for my wife. I highly recommend it. Hope this helps.

Thanks! Sounds like the mobile I'm after. Sold to the gentleman in the corner.
