EM-500; can't connect via USB

I can't connect via the USB cable to my workstation. ActiveSync seems to run normally. I think there is a physically problem with the cable connector on the EM-500. Has anybody resolved such problems? How?

There are a great many issues when it comes to USB connectivity for any device.

Please specify Hardware (make if branded PC), OS, ActiveSynch version & USB status in device manager. Then I could guide you through step by step elimination process for resolving your problem.
