TC Web Browser Fatal Alert

Need some help here!

When I launch the web browser, I can access favorites. However, the moment I try to enter a new URL, I get a fatal alert, one that mentions Invalid uniqueID passed. My cache is empty.

Any thoughts out there? Thx!
