PDASROCK 09-22-2002, 11:22 PM Well, if you want a way to carry around and edit your documents, this works for me. It also synchs with your pc, so if you edit files on either your handheld or your pc, it will change both. papazote 09-25-2002, 10:03 PM thanx superdeafguy 09-26-2002, 08:39 AM I like usingn the DTG because I am able to update in the field. I am a college prof and i have all of my students grade sheets in excel format. i am able to update their grade sheets immediately during class or after. i just use the free part of dtg i haven't found a need to add in the paid parts, as of yet... good luck action49 09-28-2002, 07:10 PM Have been using version 4 for 12 months and use it every day - I write minutes of meetings, keep student lists & contacts, records of my exercise, write letters, etc. I just recently upgraded to v5 and love it - now I can format text, add bullets, draw charts from excel etc. It wasnt the most expensive application I bought as a newbie but it certainly has been the most used. Angela OldBlue 10-05-2002, 03:46 AM I've been using Documents To Go for years (since Version 2.0) and it just keeps getting better with each upgrade! I upgraded to 5.0 a couple of months ago and can now edit my PowerPoint presentations right on my Palm. However, I DO find SplashPhoto better suited for my picture showing than Pics ToGo. Otherwise, I use Word ToGo, Sheet ToGo, and SlideShow ToGo regularly (as in daily.) I find it to be a very capable and versatile application. OldBlue cliemea 11-03-2002, 11:40 AM i think that d2g is good but it takes a while to sync- its good because it dosent limit your document size like memopad dos, as for price i wouldnt know, it came with my clie papazote 11-14-2002, 10:39 PM I am a journalist and I write articles for the local newspaper.
