PDF file help

Hi, I'm using a Toshiba e335 PPC. I'm trying to get a pdf file to reflow in Acrobat. When I move the file to the PPC I get a error message that states that the pdf file will not be tagged and will not reflow when opened with Acrobat. Does anybody have any idea how I can get this file to reflow so I can read it on my Toshiba?
