Until recently able to hotsync 515 to home computer via USB cradle working windows XP and work laptop via serial cradle on windows nt.
now serial cradle connection fails . have removed, reinstalled software several times and downloaded desktop 4.01 software as suggested above . Palm technical support seem unable to help. USB sync working fine though !
