I am thinking of buying an M105 as it has been recommended to me as a good PDA. Is it compatable with W95 and Outlook2000.

It is compatable with Win95 and Outlook.
The 105 uses a Serial connection to the PC which is good since Win95 does not support USB.
During the Palm Install CD loading you should be given the option to connect to Outlook. If not you can go to Chapura.com and download the PocketMirror Standard software.
