I have just obtained a 3850 and have already noted how quickly you eat up the available memory. So time to invest in an SD card.
I have noticed from other feedback that the general advice is go for the largest memory you can afford.
I have also noticed some negative feedback on the Sandisc and positive on the Lexar?
I would appreciate some advice on how do I compare different brands and also any positive/negative feedback that you may have as users.
Cheers from Ireland

I have a 3835 , and the best one I've seen was this PNY 128MB I have. For some reason the sandisk 16MB and 64MB SD I've had used in the past with this ipaq, always had memory errors at times, and was extremely slow. The PNY 128MB SD I have loaded my dashboard up and other appz very quickly and I dont get corupted files like I did on either sandisk SDs.

It depends on what you are going o use the card for really.
If it's just file storage were you have few writes - mostly reads - then a sandisk would probably be OK. I have 2 sandisk 256MB cards which I only use for audio. The cards are formatted and the files put on them using a SD card reader on my PC.
The 64MB card I use for apps is a maxell - got ripped off at dixons when I bought the ipaq. No problems with it - seems pretty fast and robust.

eamonn,
I use a 128 & 256 MB sd card from sandisk (along with several cf- cards) on my 3970.
No problems what so ever.
I use a few memory-sticks from lexar on my digi camera (sony) which work fine also.
I think it doesn´t matter which brand you use in this price category as they will probably be the same
