gps and digital camera buys

If anyone could please give me any kind of info on what/where to buy a digital camera or gps addition or wireless card, and accompanying software, I would greatly appreciate it. Or if you could point me to some worthwhile reviews that would be great. Also, I can't seem to find too many of these accessories below $350 (for a GPS at least), but my friend with a new Palm Zire7 (?) said he picked up a GPS really cheap. Any luck on Ebay or anywhere else? Thanks in advance.

Froogle.com is a pretty good shopbot, just see what they can come up with.

Make sure that you get some sort of software to use with the GPS. A bunch of the cheaper GPS units don't seem to include any kind of mapping SW.
