I greatly miss the former SMS app although you had to install a separate phone driver. Does anyone know if one can use the SMS app that comes with the TT and if so would anyone be so kind as to send me the relevant files (I'd also need the phone services as they are not included in RAM). Palm said that I should use third party apps; I just don't understand why they've now included Expense again (thanks Palm), but not SMS. They probably assume that the target folks, i.e. business people, don't write text messages.
Thanks Marianne

It seems that Palm have not done their market research very well. I assume most people would use a bluetooth connection to their phone to set up SMS, but Palm won't make the drivers available for the bluetooth card! Without that, I suppose they felt there wasn't much point in including the SMS app.

Bill
I have always used Palm's SMS app via my IR port on the mobile, now I have resorted to the freeware app Dial!, which is restricted to 160 characters though.
