I have windows XP, active sync 3.7, outlook 2002. I get error "cannot stair reminder service, errors detected in c:\...\...\...so on\outlook.pst. Run Inbox R. Tool". This path is not on my computer and there are no .pst or .ost files to be found by W. Explorer. Sync did function in past, how do I fix?
