Can anyone help me with finding the user guide for Revo Plus? I would really appreciate some link were I could download this user guide.

I'm sure it used to be available in .pdf format from the Psion website - http://www.psion.com/mypsion/ProductDocs.asp - but all I can get when trying to search is a "Microsoft VBScript runtime error 800aoo5e....." message, so you might have more success.
