Tungsten C switching off in cradle

I have found that the 'Stay on in Cradle' option in the system/preferences doesn't work - PDA switches off.

Has anyone else have this problem, or know of a work around?

Not a big issue, just a irritation.

Yes - I contacted Palm they said to unistall all the software then reinstal just the Palm software. This has not worked (I tried this three times) so I have to contact them again.

I've had the same problem with my Tungsten C. In the Palm knowledge base library, they say that security features of Palm OS4.0 override this feature and turns it off. Seems like a bug to me....
