Just upgraded to a Tung C (from an old 3x). Whenever I use the "find" feature (COMMAND/CAPS) I do get the Find screen, but after I input my text I get a Fatal Alert/Fatal Exception every time. There is a reset box on the FA/FE screen but the unit freezes -I have to do a soft reset every time. Is this a bug in the new OS? Any way to use the find feature without a crash? Is this common to all?
Thanks-

My Tungsten C gives me a fatal alert when I try to open a new web page, before I even finish typing the URL. Contents of alert is: Window68K.c,Line:92, no shadow window found.
Anyone else have this problem?

I also had the same problem with the Find feature. I'd loaded a few Shareware programs to test them, and one of them didn't handle the Find event correctly.

The last line, (before the program falls over) in the Find dialog showed the culprit shareware program. I have now uninstalled it and it's working fine again.

Cheers,

I have tried the find feature several times on mine without a problem. I would take mine back and get a new one if that is an option.
