Converting Psion Contacts to V-card

I have another question in conjunction with my Outlook query.

Is there an easy way to convert the data in contacts on Psion 5mx to the V cards of the Outlook. I have about 1,000 contacts on my Psion and would like to get these on to the Outlook data base so i can send contact details to others using Outlook.

Any thoughts. Any painless time effective ways???

The painless way is to use PsiWin. What version of Windows do you have? What version of Outlook?

The problem with using vCard is that it transfers a much smaller subset of contact data then PsiWin is able to do. If you had no other choice than to use a file transfer to populate the Outlook contacts, using a program like C2F and then importing the resulting CSV into Outlook would give much better results.
