buying netBook

Can anyone tell me where a new netBook can be purchased? My search has resulted in many "not currently in stock." I will shortly be traveling through Germany (Frankfurt) and proceeding on to the US. I would like to find an online source to place an order, but if there is an outlet on my path, i would much prefer to pick up the machine in person.

The second possibility is a pre-owned netBook; I prefer one with the Ram upgraded to 64Mb.

www.clove.co.uk - Not always the cheapest, but good for tech info/help

www.expansys.com - Quite often the cheapest, but very little tech info/help - Good if you know what you want

Last time I flew through Frankfurt airport the electronics shop in the terminal had a netbook for sale. It wasn't cheap but they did have it - they've had it every time I've been through Frankfurt in the past three years so it's very likely to be old stock.

Yes, NetBook is probably the only "notebook" you can use onboard the aircraft :-) (Unless you have Microdrive HDD :-)
