Go from 3765 to a 3835

I presently have a 3765. I have a chance to upgrade to a 3835 for $ 50.00.... Is it worth $ 50 to do this.....I like the better screen and more colors.... but 32 meg of RAM instead of 64 meg has me a little concerned.
I do have a 128 meg Compact Flash....
Any suggestions....

If you really want the better screen and keep 64MB of ram, you should go for a higher end model of the 3800 series, such as the 3870. There probably isn't too much of a price difference.
