Corrupt

There is a message "Corrupt" when the .db file in er5 is being accessed.How can the db be recovered or accessed without error?

.db file is a text file with .db extension where the data is stored with the delimiter ,

I have just had a corrupt file that is archivio.box
it is actually a DATA file consisting on the archive of 5400 email messages with the SAVEmail app. The display shows 5,4 MB but investigating into the properties I found something like 5,7 MB
Any ideas?
