Help! My second (replacement) 505 is slowly dying. Suddenly, within the past 2 weeks, the power button light does not go on in the cradle, and the unit is not recharging. I have cradles at home and at work, and the power button light is off in both. Palm support has not been helpful.

Thanks to anyone who has a suggestion. I'll owe you bigtime!

Try a soft reset. If that doesn't work, you could try a on-cradle reset.

hey, i also had that problem:D i cleansed the contact (alcohol an cotton, you know the combo) and shuffled my IIIc around, et volia, it charged again.
