factory sealed. this is the lightest and thinnest pocket pc
on the market today. included will be the store receipt so that
you can send in for the 50.00 mail in rebate. of course the upc
code is intact on the box so it will be up to you to cut it out
and send it in with a copy of the receipt so claim your rebate.
