I just switched from palm to clie PEG-SJ20. I installed a new Palm Desktop, that came on the CD. I ran the hot sync and it downloaded some applications onto the clie. It did not move any dates, addresses, tasks or memos.
I opened the hotsync configuration window and tried to force these applications to overwrite the handheld, but I couldn't change the settings for the datebook, address book, todo list or memos.
Hotsync runs and the messages suggest it is working fine. However, it doesn't make any changes, from either side. I looked at the user account name, and it appears to be the same. Anybody got any ideas? I'm running on Win2K and Outlook 2002, with the new hotsync/intellisync lite from the clie cd.
