need best color pda-must have contacts,phone#'s, & phone & internet capabilities

I am in need of a new pda- which can take info from desktop; contacts & phone numbers. I would like it to be easy to dial phone and be able to occasionally interact with the internet.

What system? what phone company? Presently AT&T.
