Palm Wont Work

My palm m505 is frozen on a black screen. It wont even turn off.
Please help.

This may sound ridiculous, but have you tried a soft reset? There is a tiny hole -- about the size of a paperclip -- on the back of the device. Insert a paper clip and hold it for a couple of seconds.

If you have already tried this, my apologies. What have you tried to do to fix the problem? How/when did it occur?

didja try a hard reset to ? you do a normal reset like mentioned above and hold down teh power button while reseting. Also,This is bad, my old m500 did thew same thing after I tried to flash the rom :) Dead as a door nail with a black screen and it wont turn off..
