HELP!!!!

Can anyone tell me whether it is even possible to go wireless on an M130?? Palm insists you can if you buy the Mobile Connectivity Kit and a data cable to connect from your cell phone to the M130. I doubt it!! I thought the Mobile Kit was for land line use only. I suspect that all I need is the data cable from the cell phone directly to the M130. The cell phone is a SonyEricsson T61z that (supposedly) has a built in data modem. No such data cable with the proper connections seems to exsit (the data cable sold by SonyEricsson connects from the cell phone to a serial port -- good for my laptop but useless for my Palm).

Maybe I should scrap the whole cable thing and get the Blue Tooth card for the M130 and the Blue Tooth attachment for the cell phone instead so as to make the M130 wireless???

What's going on here? What do I need to do to make this work? Is it even possible, or am I just wasting my time?

It would appear that it will be possible on about 10/15/2002. Try this link:

Thanks, DJMANGEN!!! I checked out the site. Looks like it will work... I placed an order for the cable, so I guess I'll find out in October!!

Thanks again!

You can use the IR ports of your cell phone and your Palm instead of a cable. I use a m125 and Motorola p280 to dial up Earthlink, and I've used a Visor Deluxe and Nokia 8290 to do the same.
