SD memory card recovery

My SD memory card got corrupted after
quitting the Pocket Street. It
could not be read any more. The Axim
prompts to reformat it. Of course,
I selected "No". Otherwise all my
data, more than 150 Mb will be lost.
I used Window explorer to try to
see the SD disk. Still, could not
read. Does anybody know wether
there are utilitiy tools that can
recover the disk? Or are there
any way to see the disk so that
I can, at least, backup partial data?
