Hi to all
I was very much exited when i bought my first PDA ( a week before). And Hence i m in MIS field i wanted to develeop applications for the PDA's but dont know anything about sofware avilable in market.
Can any one please give me the list of the Software available in market i can use to develop application for pda's..(like microsoft visual basic to develop front end applicaiton)

Depends what type of PDA you have. Either Pocket PC (Microsoft) or Palm based OS. I can't tell you much about Pocket PC software other than to say you have about 1/3 of the choice for software than Palm and you will pay about 75% more.

My favorite Palm Software:

Agendus : formerly Action Names, software for organizing Todo's, schedule, contacts, etc.

LauncherIII: Launcher program equal to none.

Documents to Go: Sync with MS Word,Excel
DataViz Mail: open email attachments (not all types supported, though)

PalmPro Reader: Upgraded to Pro edition because you can tap and look up workds like you can in MS Reader.
