m505 won't restart even after hard reset

I've had the 505 one year and love it. It's lived in a Kensington hard case and hasn't been dropped. No trouble at all with it until suddenly it just won't restart. It freezes at the setup screen. Fully charged by the cradle. I'll probably need to send it in for repair. Any ideas? Thanks to any and all :)

Just wondering, are you SURE it's a hard reset your doing? A hard reset would wipe the memory, and basically that would fix any software issues, other than that, if it's still covered under warrenty, send that thing right on in.

Thanks to PDASROCK. Palm Inc. told me to do a soft reset while on the charger. Although I had done this a few times before, this time it worked. I'm mystified as to why this time, BUT I'm just very glad that it did. Thanks for responding.:D
