Versamail attachments and Docs to Go

I recently upgraded to a T/C. The new preloaded apps looked good. In Versamail there is a file converter section where it selects Docs to Go to convert word, excel and Powerpoint file attachments.

I am syncing my email through the cradle only. I have tried many combinations of settings but cannot get the attachments to open in Versamail

Has anyone else had this problem?

Were the attachment files ?native word,ppoint/ excel??

All my attachment were converted DTG word/power point and excel files
when you click e mail attachment(DTG files) It opens automatically within DTG on PDA
same with dataviz mail to go as well

When I try to open an attachment in versamail by using the paperclip icon in the top right of the mail message it opens a new window called "Attachments". In this window it gives me the option of "Viewer".

For word documents it offers MMWordPlugin
For excel documents it says None Available
For powerpoint it also says None Available

I have downloaded a trial copy of DataViz Mail and this seems to work perfectly.

I can not get a sensible answer from Palm as it says in the manual that it should work but the support desk tells me that it can not do it.

Any tips on how to get it to work?
