OS upgrade

I'm going to upgrade my palm Os to the 4.1 version and palm is ofering a $20 discount; Does anybody know if they are going to come up with a newer version soon and 4.1 will become free like the upgrades for the 3 version. Thanks

I actually don't know of any future upgrades that will be availabe for the Vx, I just upgraded mine to 4.1 actually, worked well, and it is a tad faster for some things.

Now if only I could find Checkers and Pacman for the palm, for free......

10kman is on target. Palm has made no public statement or suggestion that there will be anything more than 4.1. OS 5 requires the use of the newer processor chips (ARM) and will not run on the older Dragonball chips that are in the Vx. It is possible that if a problemm, not resolved with 4.1 were to have a resolution found then there might be a patch upgrade. The digitizer for example.
