Hi all,
I have this annoying problem that keeps happening when we migrate the user from Win95 to Win XP with Desktop Manager(SP4a) all the message services on the BlackBerry 857 reset to Interactive so the users can't send emails until we manually change Email service on the device to Desktop...The new XP machines that users get are fresh builds that we do with Ghost and Sysprep.
We use Lotus Notes R5 mail client...
Any ideas for a workaround or something? Or is there a file that we need to copy from their Win95 BlackBerry folder to ther XP machines?
