Phenom LG software

I have a Phenom LG. The installation disk with the software enabling me to connect my Phenom with my PC is damaged. Can anyone therefore tell me how to download the necessary software to my PC; or can anyone simply send me the necessary software? I have a six-year-old Compaq Desktop Pro running Windows 98. Thanks and much obliged.

It comes with the Windows CE CD doesnt it.If thats the case I can upload the CD for u on some webspace
