Sony Clie' MS can't read it!

I have a Clie' 615 with a 128 MB Memory Stick. I can't access any applications that I put directly on to the MS. If a load an application on to the internal memory and then put it's files on to the MS, everything works ok: if my EZ reader is on the internal and the ebook on the MS, the reader accesses the MS ebook files for me. How can I access and use an applicatin that is loaded totally on to the MS?

I'm using Powerrun on my NR70V and can even use TomTom citymaps and route planner that way. Used to to that on my M505 also.
Remember to leave enough memory free on the PDA itself to run the application, as Powerrun temporarely moves it to main memory.
