Have been using 3835 for over a year now. Today, for some reason, it will not sync. I have done the following with no success:
1. Reset iPaq device
2. Reboot PC
3. Install Activesync 3.7 from 3.5
4. Remove all Favorites and uncheck from sync Options
5. Turn off/on iPaq several times
6. Download/install latest Avantgo software
7. Uncheck Files from sync Options
Before I removed and unchecked Favorites, it said "There was no response from your mobile device while checking for out-of-date Favorites."
After unchecking Favorites from sync Options, I received the following message, "There was no response from your mobile device while checking for out-of-date Files."
With only Avantgo to sync, I still cannot sync......HELP!
