Export JPG to PC?

I'm writing on behalf of a friend. He has a digital camera that writes JPG's to Memory Sticks. He says he can read/view them on his Sony Clie 760C. He doesn't have a stand-alone MS card reader.

Is there a way he can export those JPG's to his Windows computer? Is there a utility or add-on program that can do that?
