I love the NX70V!! I've been taking pics and showing off to my friends and family.
Now I'm trying to figure out how to download to my PC. I've installed the apps on the Sony Clie CD. But I'm having no luck with the MS Import/Export app.
Please help....thanks.

Simple.
Put Clie in Cradle. Make sure light is on (power) and USB is connected to your computer.
Start MSImport on the Clie.
If you installed your drivers properly you will see a drive on your PC.
Drag n Drop.
That's it.
Do what Steve said and if you wish you can open your pictureGear studio and do import. It will save your pictures (you can actually see them before copying into your pc) of choice into My picture file under my documents. I haven't got a chance to try loading the albums yet.

after I realized the MS Import is only effective is taking from computer to Clie.
Never even thought of opening Explorer.
But what about the MQV movies taken with the NX70V? How can you share with others if they can't play MQVs?
I've looked everywhere to convert the file.
TIA...dv

Once you transfer the mqv files to your computer, try changing the mqv extension to "mov". Also, make sure that you have Quicktime 6.0 installed on your computer. It has the "divx" codec that sony uses in your Clie'. Then you should be good to go! At least this is my understanding:)
