Hotsync NX70 and N615C on same PC?

I am trying to hotsync both the nx70v and the n615c on my PC. I am running Windows XP Pro and am using a seperate user (login) for each. Aparently the techs at Sony don't have a clue because each time I call I get a totally different answer. I am first told to use the USB switcher, then not to. I am at the point where the nx70 syncs but not the 615. I have a seperate version of Outlook XP that is on each login so I don't want to sync on the same login (the calendars and addresses will then all sync together). Thanks.

Is it a N model or a T model 615? I have Win XP Pro, a NX70 and a T615 with different user accounts and both units sync fine. I only run into problems when both users are logged in and one user tries to sync. Apparently, since both models use the same cradle and USB port, the computer doesn't know which driver needs to be initiated to sync the correct PDA. This results in the BSOD and then a restart. But this only occurs if both users are logged in at the same time. Other than that, no errors occur.
