I've recently upgraded my Clie (N710C --> NX70V), and I'm looking for information about the way files are stored on the memory stick. I think the file hierachy system has changed a bit. So I'd like to know...

Is there still separate "Launcher" and "Programs" folders? What goes in each?

What goes in the "MSFILES" folder within the Programs folder?

Where should MPEG movies be placed so that they're recognized & playable?

etc., etc., etc.

Anybody know these things --OR-- know where these issues are discussed?

Thanks!

First of all you cant directly play MPEG movies.... You first have to convert them to .MQV using the conversion software included on the cd.... After you select the file, If your memory stick is accessible, it writes it for you in the "root" directory. Audio is still the same, listed under programs/msaudio
