Movie but no sound

Greetings all. I have just recently purchased the nx70v. So far so good except that when i play movies recorded on a Sony digital8 camcorder then downloaded into a Sony computer using their built in software Pixella, then downloaded into the memory card via the memory card slot on the computer and finally into the clie' there is NO sound. Whats the deal? Any and all help would be appreciated. Also, fyi Starbucks, at least in Illinois has recently adopted 802.11b wireless access which bodes well for nx users with the wl100 wifi card. Anyone use this yet? your .02 cents would be appreciated. ciao.

did you try running the movie through image converter first?

Hello, I encountered a similar problem when I first used the image converter to convert a QT movie trailer(320x240). I did a high quality conversion and when I played it back I had no sound. I then downloaded a high res version of the trailer (480x320) and converted it and it played back fine, with sound. I then tested it with a few more trailers(QT and MPEG) and was never able to replicate the lost sound problem. I did a number of conversions at high, standard and long quality and they all came out with sound.
