NX70V, Missing sync and syncing problems with Mac

I have all of the compatible software needed for the Missing Sync software, but my NX70V won't hotsync. I'm worried about the "beta testing" clause in the missing sync contract, wondering if anyone has successfully synced their NX70V with their Mac running missing sync 3.0.2, OS X, & Palm 4.0. Want to be able to rule the beta testing problem out. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

I use the missing sync with a powerbook and an NX70 without any problems.

I've also tried to sync with my iMac using the "components" that are stated in the Missing Sync software but individually they don't work. Apparently for some people, they have been successful merely by installing the Palm USB driver that comes with the serial to USB cable adaptor, but not me...:(

Anyway, those that have tried Missing Sync way that it works flawlessly, so the software might be the only way to go for some of us...
