A friend was using his Palm to synch to Outlook and it worked fine. He then was forced to reinstall all apps and OS.
Since then when he synchs his PDA synches with the Palm Desktop on his computer and no longer synchs to Outlook.
How can he change that back to synch to OutLook and not to synch to the Palm Desktop App
