Broken Screen

Hey guys!!
I have had a Sony Clie S360 for a month now and unfortunately now my screen is broken.
I would like to know what can i do exactly.
any ideas you have please let me know

Sending it to Sony will cost a fortune for them to even open the package... I'd hate to see what it c$st$ for them to repair it.

Replacing a screen is totally within an average persons grasp... what I did was find a broken S360 with a good screen on ebay. Got it for a song and am now singing a happy tune again.

There are also independent repair shops that might be worth looking into... search on google.
