Is it possible for the 5mx to synchronize with an IMAP email account? Are there any avaliable IMAP clients for the 5mx? Any help on this issue will be greatly appreciated.

Yes, download the IMAP4 plug-in from the "Series 5" page at www.mikemcc.net

Once installed, you will be able to select either POP3 or IMAP4 when creating a new "Account" in Email, although you cannot change an existing "Account" because the option is greyed out.

Just in case anyone else is reading this, IMAP4 is automatically supported on the new Netbook OS although as 'M' confirmed you cannot change existing accounts types.

Thanks, M. You just totally removed the buyer's regret I had with my purchase of a 5mx. I'm totally in love with the idea of mobile IMAP.
