SH3 MIPS or ARM

I'm new to using iPaq. I've acquired a H3670.

My ? is related to application downloads.

When I go to sites and choose to download an app, sometimes I am given a choice of three different files. They are either SH3, Mips or Arm.

Are these related to the type of processor? Is there a certain one that I should be looking to download, or does it matter?

Can someone please explain this to me.

Yes, they are type of cpu. Choose ARM for you ipaq.
