sharing calendars files

I need advice and direction on how to accomplish the following
1 - I record my appointments on the Clie and hot sync it to my office computer
2 - I have a peer-to-peer network with my assistant.
3 - I want her to be able to read my calendar and make edits and I want to be able to read what she has added
4 - I want to be able to hotsync it back to my Clie at the end of the day.

I tried the import - but that creates duplicate notices on my databook. I tried the concept of the archive but that means keeping two versions

I am eager for advice or a pointer to software that will help me do that easily (!) but without buying another cradle.

What office program do you use on the PC?

using Outlook would be easy:
sharing your Exchange based Calendar with your assistant within outlook and the entries will be synchronized.

Sharing a "single-user" application like Palm Desktop is not so easy on a PC Network.

seams not to be a Palm problem rather a PC problem
