Looks like someone has the iQUE on EBAY already. Kind of expensive but for those that don't want to wait...

UPS website says mine will be deilvered tomorrow!!!!!!!! Damn I should have done overnight shipping. I am on pins and needles! LOL
Seems there are a few iQues on EBay. Here's a seller with 5 units for $459.99 + ~$20 shipping. This is the "Buy Now" price. I put an order in... hope it works out.

Received a reply from a e-mail I sent asking about the iQue availability... glad I still have my other pre-order. (Also glad I used PayPal!)
"Dear sir or maddam,
I am sorry to inform you that the iQue is on Backorder. I am going to find out tommorrow how long it is before it gets in.
Sorry for the inconvinience,
"

Likely story. Most eBay dealers seem to have this up for auction but have no idea when they are coming in. Unless it's clearly stated this is misrepresentation.

Temptation, temptation!!
There were 3 auctions on ebay for this, that someone has it. I know I shouldn't be telling you this, because I want one, and had to fight myself to not press "Buy it now", I already have an order with TVNAV and want to share the information. There are 2 auctions left (not mine, wish!), and he promises to ship withing 24hrs! Take a look.

Be careful when you buy any NEW Garmin GPS on eBay or other Auction site. Garmin now has a policy that LEGITIMATE DEALERS are not allowed to sell NEW Garmin GPS on any auction site, per 2003 dealer agreement. That's why there are fewer people selling them on eBay. Garmin is continuing to investigate companies that sell their new units at auction, and is gradually removing them from dealer ranks.
So how does this affect you? There may be a problem with warranty protection. I'm trying to find out more.
In the meantime, support your legitimate Garmin dealers who are there to provide the technical and customer support that you deserve. Be patient and the iQue will come.

They do NOT have any iQues IN-Stock as their ad represents. I attempted to order one using the "Buy Now" button last Thursday. I sent the seller an email after placing my order and got no response. I sent another message to the seller this morning through ebay and got a response saying that they didn't receive enough units from the supplier and could not ship my order until maybe the end of the week. So much for IN-STOCK!
You know what they say, if it sounds too good to be true... it probably is!
