Lookinf for Pocket pc unit

Hello I am looking to buy a used pocket pc pda. Unit need to be pocket pc 2002 I think not sure lol. I want to make sure I can upgrade is the point. Also unit has to be able to have a external modem hooked up or an expansion slot. Color and would be nice if over 32MB but not needed if it has a sd slot.
