I already established a connection beetween my ipaq H3900 under Window CE 3.0 and a mobile and it has been working.
But now i am not able to establish again a connexion. When I start Bluethooth Manager I have the clock for hours and nothing happen. When I click on the Bluetooth icon on the bottom right of my Ipaq screen nothing happen.
Please could you help is there something to do for soft reseting bluetooth?
