I am wondering if other T/C owners have had problems starting the VersaMail program. When I select this icon, I get the message "There is a newer version of VersaMail available. Would you like to upgrade?" If I select "No," I go right back to the main menu; if I select "Yes," it goes to a screen labeled "Upgrade Progress," which remains blank for as log as I care to leave the unit turned on. I have gone to the T/C support site and downloaded (and subsequently HotSync'd) programs called MMUpgrade and MMWave----no joy. From my previous experiences with Palm devices (III, Vx), I'm guessing that I'm missing something obvious, but this T/C is so vastly different from previous Palms I've owned, I have to admit that I'm stumped. Any advice??

you amy want to email palm support. They are really quick in getting back to you and they give straight answers. I have already emailed them about a couple of things and have been pretty happy with the responses.

Otherwise, I will try to reinstall the palm desktop software and/or (do this first) then open versamail on your PC to see if it gives you an upgrade message.
Follow the prompts that way.

But I am by no means an expert in the T/C

I upgraded from the Palm Vx.
