I bought a used iPAQ and the guy said it was a 3650 but it doesn't say anywhere the model. Just series 3600. Is there a way to tell it is really a 3650?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Thanks! christak 07-30-2003, 08:46 PM It should say on the back of the unit, along with the serial number... right on the back case... artgirl30 07-30-2003, 10:40 PM I've looked on the back and for some reason there isn't one. It does have a serial number that does have 3660 next to each other within the serial number (did that make sense?). dicky109 07-30-2003, 11:26 PM I have a 3650 The upper part of the label has some fine print where the unit is only identified as 3600. The Model number (3650) is in the lower portion to the left of the barcode with the serial number. Unfortunately, this label is prone to getting information wiped off of it through use and this seems to be the only thing identifying the machine as a 3650. When I look at the Asset Viewer in Settings, it indicates IPAQ 3600. I guess you could contact HP with the serial number & confirm the model number. Good luck, artgirl30 07-31-2003, 10:44 AM Actually, it's like it was never printed on it at all. My husband has a 3650 someone gave him and the model is printed on it. I will try contacting HP and see if I can find out. Thanks! PDA Street
