Hotsync without COM port !?

Hello,

I have no COM port on my nex PC and I would like to avoid the expensive USB Kit.

I have a LPT port and I can buy a simple adapter to connect the cradle on the LPT port but will the hotsync work ?

If the adapter doesn't work, try adding a (cheap) card with some com ports.
